Is Port 587 supported for SMTP in Workforce?

    Description:  

    When setting up SMTP settings in a realm, there may be consideration to utilize port 587 rather than port 25.

     

    Resolution:  

    Port 587 is supported with SMTP but please note that SSL will need to be enabled under Overview tab -> Email Settings within the realm(s).

    Additionally, you will need the following set on the server(s)

    Server Protocols:
    TLS 1.0
    TLS 1.1
    TLS 1.2
     
    Client Protocols:
    Multi-Protocol Unified Hello
    TLS 1.0
    TLS 1.1
    TLS 1.2
