Description:
When using Zscaler Client Connector, after entering the username, the client loops and does not redirect to SecureAuth.
Cause:
This can happen after an IdP upgrade for Windows Client Connectors but you will find that Mac OS X clients have no issue. If you check the IIS logs on the IdP servers, you will see remnants of the realm but the theme and page is not fully loading.
Resolution:
In Zscaler, WebView2 needs to be enabled.
