After Upgrading to 24.4.7.5 the UX does not display the expected menu items

Version Affected:  24.4.7.5

Description:  
After upgrading to 24.4.7.5, New Experience Menu Items have not refreshed to include options such as the below:

• Identity Pools
• Split Profiles
• Modern Themes

Actual Menu options after upgrading to 24.4.7.5

 

Cause:  
During upgrade, the rewrite rule for Coruscant is expected to be updated to match the version of IdP, sometimes this fails to occur which causes IdP to use UX scripts for an older version

 

Resolution:  

• Open IIS Manager
• Expand the tree and left click on HttpProxy, found under the 'Default Web Site'
• Open the 'URL Rewrite' module, found in the central window
• Find the rule for Coruscant and ensure the 'Rewrite URL' is set to the below  (The version should match the installed version of IdP)
  https://sparkles-content.prod.secureauth.com/24.4.7{R:1}
  If you are unsure of which value should be used for the Version, please contact SecureAuth Support for assistance.
• Restart IIS on the affected IdP Server
• If you are still missing menu items after the IIS restart, clear the Browser Cache on the Client or test it in  an InCognito/InPrivate Browser
