SCIM - 'Other Settings' not displaying as expected

Follow
    Applies to:
  • SecureAuth Identity Platform
  • Legacy SecureAuth IdP
Deployment model:
  • Cloud
  • Hybrid
  • Version Affected:  24.4.7.5+

    Description:
After upgrading to 24.4.7.5 or above, the expected 'Omit sending user password' and the Radio buttons for PATCH/PUT SCIM operations are not showing as expected (see below for an example)

    Cause:
The upgrade to 24.4.7.x is expected to update the URL rewrite rule in IIS against the HttpProxy web application, this will sometimes fail to update it as expected, this means the updates to the UX are not presented as expected

    Resolution:

    • Open IIS Management Studio
    • Expand the tree and left click on the HttpProxy Web Application
    • Double click the URL Rewrite component to open it
    • Find the 'Coruscant Assets Router' rule and double click it to open it
    • Ensure the rewrite URL, under Action Properties, is as below
      https://sparkles-content.prod.secureauth.com/24.4.7{R:1}
    • Click 'Apply'
    • Clear Browser Cache completely and reopen the Browser
    • Filesync, if running as expected, will synchronize these changes to any Secondary Servers
