Version Affected: 24.04
Description:
In recent versions of SecureAuth, we've added the ability to give your realms a custom name, rather than having to do this manually in IIS.
However, the current version of Filesync does not handle this and does not successfully create the realm on the secondary servers
Cause:
Filesync expects the standard naming format
Resolution:
This has been fixed with a new release of Filesync. Please reach out to the support team to get the latest fix.
Special Considerations:
At this time, only a new Exe is available. We'll release a full version shortly.
