Resetting Azure password may cause MFA issues for Teams

    Description:  

    After resetting your Azure password, Microsoft Teams may experience issues logging in again. Looking at the Azure logs, the user having issues may show as the login state being 'Interrupted'.

    Cause:  

    The cause to this issue is not known for sure and may only affect a small set of users or may be seen on a certain set of similar devices.

     

    Resolution:  

    To resolve this issue, delete said device from the Azure admin console, wait one hour for replication and cleanup to occur in the Azure cloud, then login to Teams again.

     

    Special Considerations (optional as needed):  

    This issue has only been seen on Samsung Galaxy devices to date.
