QR Enrollment error

    Description:  

    When attempting to register using a QR realm, the enrolment fails with error Unable to save

     

    Cause:  

    The Error logs "A Constraint violation has occurred"

    Resolution:  

    This happens when one of the Attributes you're using is incompatible with the value that we're trying to store in it. 

    1. Open the Web Admin Console and Check what Oath method you're using on the Post Auth tab of the enrollment realm  (Oath Seed vs Token) 

    2. Then check the Data Tab for the attributes you're using for

    OneTimeOathList

    Oath Seed/Token

    Push Notifications 

     

    3. Compare to the attribute requirements below and correct as necessary.
