QR Code Registration fails with Error "Something went wrong, please try again"

    Description:  

    After setting up a QR enrollment realm. When Users login and scan the QR code, Authenticate App gives the error "Error Something went wrong, please try again."

    Cause:  

    Incorrect or missing certificate in the Cloud Services section of the System Info tab. 

     

    Resolution:  

    1. Open the SecureAuth Admin Console and navigate to the Realm (Classic View)

    2. Click on the System Info tab and scroll down to the Cloud Services section

    3. Investigate what is currently set for Client Cert Serial Nbr. It is likely the wrong certificate (Self signed, missing, out of date) 

    4. Select the current appliance certificate and hit save. 

    Special Considerations (optional as needed):  

    This may also affect older versions. In which case, the section in step 2 is called WSE 3.0 / WCF Configuration.
