SecureAuth admin pages not loading in Internet Explorer

    When attempting to browse the IdP Admin page, or the RADIUS admin page, Internet Explorer does not load the pages properly or at all.



    There could be several reasons for this issue but the most common is Group Policy Objects (GPOs) being applied to a SecureAuth server which is joined to an Active Directory Domain infrastructure or importing a Local Group Policy to the server.



    Attempt to open/run Internet Explorer as Admin and then try to load the admin pages via the bookmark or by manually typing the URL's for your admin page.


    Special Considerations (optional as needed):  

    This issue could happen with Chrome as well as FireFox. Attempt to open these as Admin to see if the issue gets resolved, if not, try Internet Explorer. If Internet Explorer does not work even running as Admin, contact the support desk for assistance in debugging the issue.
