Error: FederationMetaData.xml cannot be found

Description:  

When browsing /SecureAuth#/FederationMetadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml an error is presented that the file cannot be found.

Cause:  

WS-Fed configuration require proper namespaces to be entered and valid or the SecureAuth IdP will not compile the XML file properly.

Resolution:  

Ensure the WS-Fed namespaces are properly configured and there are no blank entries for the configuration on the SecureAuth IdP Realm.
