Cloud Identity Platform login failure for all users

Version Affected: 19.07+

Description:  

After editing the attributes for an AD datastore no one can login. 

Connector log shows


 

Cause:  

The newly added attribute does not exist in AD. Either because it hasn't been added to the AD schema or due to a typo with the name. 

 

 Resolution:  

Review the most recent change to the Data Store and correct any spelling errors.

Check that the Attribute exists in Active Directory.
