When attempting to troubleshoot Passcode for Windows, it is important to be able to find the logs.

Resolution:
1 .On the affected machine, open the C drive
2. Navigate to the Users AppData\Roaming folder.
3. Drill into the Passcode directory.
Eg, C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Passcode
