Passcode for Windows error "Invalid Web Address"

Description:  

When attempting to enrol in the Passcode app, it errors with Invalid Web Address even when a local browser can load the URL.

Passcode log shows ERROR SecureAuthOTP.RegistrationWindow - OnAppBrowserNavigateError. Statuscode: -2146697191

Cause:  

Certificate Error

Resolution:  

For Passcode to connect to a URL for enrolment, it needs to trust the Certificate and Chain. 

The Cert needs to match the URL address.

Self Signed Certs do not work.

 Replace the Binding Cert in IIS with one that matches this criteria and the issue will be resolved.
