How to reset forgotten SAAG user Password

    Description: In SAAG there are several user accounts. If you forget the SAAG password you can use the Expert account to reset it


    Cause: Forgotten Password


    Resolution: 

    You can use the standard Linux method to reset the account.

    1. Log into the Console using the Expert account

    2. Run the following command

    sudo passwd saag

    3. Set the Password.
