Description:
When trying to access the Reports button for a realm that is enabled for SQL Database logging, the Reports page returns the following error
"A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
Cause:
When hitting the Report button on a specific realm in the Admin Console, it uses the SQL Data connection from SecureAuth0 not the realm itself.
Resolution:
Add the Database settings to SecureAuth0
Eg.
1. In the Web Admin Console, click on SecureAuth0
2. Select the Logs tab
3. Enable Database logging
4. Configure the Database connection
5.Hit Save
