The UserInfo Endpoint is used to retrieve a user's identity information. This KB will show what needs to be sent in order to get a reply.

Resolution:
1. Post to https://youridp.example.com/secureauthxx/oidcuserinfo.aspx
2. Needs to be x-www-form-urlencoded
3. Should contain the following
access_token: youraccesstoken.

This is no longer working in SA 9.3. Did something change? New parameters needed?

Thanks Jonathas, you're correct. This is fixed in Hotfix 9.3.0-3 or newer. Anyone with the same problem, please raise a ticket with Support to get a copy of the latest hotfix.
