Bypass group in Login for Windows fails when using Group scope of Domain local

    Description:

    When a user is part of a bypass group with the Group scope of Domain local, he or she will receive the following error when logging in to the workstation: "No two-factor authentication methods found. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

    Cause:

    Product defect.

     

    Resolution:

    CP-506 has been logged for the issue, which will be addressed in a future release.

     

    Workaround:

    As long as the user is part of a bypass group with the Group scope of Global or Universal, he or she will be able to login successfully.
