This site can't be reached while using Google Chrome

  • Issue: If you are using Google Chrome (Ver. 56.0.2924.87) on your IdP appliance and you happen to come across this page: 

    You will not be able to log onto the SecureAuth admin console or any of the realms.

    Cause: This version of Google Chrome does not support our SHA-2 ECDSA certificate.  

    Solution: You may purchase your own publicly trusted certificate (GoDaddy.com, digicert.com, symantec.com, etc.) and bind it to IIS or you may use another browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.).
