License Expires is Showing the Incorrect Date

    Description: When going to the System Info tab of any realm, the date that is showing on the License Expires section is incorrect.

    Cause: This date gets updated every week as long as a realm gets opened.  It can only update up to 30 to 60 days at a time and will not update beyond that timeframe.  As long as the appliance is being used, the date will continually update.

    Resolution: There is not a way to actually show the date that your license is going to expire.  If you notice that the date is within 2 weeks from expiring and you are continually using the appliance, contact support immediately so we can take a look at the issue.  This date will update as long as your Key.File is being updated.
