Browser shows 405 error - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.

    Description: 
    When connecting to a realm, instead of displaying as normal the Users see a 405 error "HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed."
     
    Cause:
    Incorrect URL rewrite settings
     
    Resolution:
     
    1. Open IIS
    2. Navigate to the Realm in question
    3. Open the URL rewrite
    4. Modify the redirect URL so it has a / on the end.
      Eg Change /secureauthxx to /secureauthxx/
