OpenID server_error: An unexpected error occurred.

    Description: 
    When attempting to use an OpenID realm, it fails with server_error: An unexpected error occurred.

    Cause:
    This can happen when the scope is missing from the request. Follow the steps below to resolve.

    If the below does not fix the issue, check the Audit log for the cause. 
     
    Resolution: 

    1. Grab the full address from the address bar, including the query string. It will look something like:

    "https://Secureauth.example.com/SecureAuth123/Authorized/OidcAuthorize.aspx?

    response_type=code&client_id=123f65a1232212389c952123b56cea16

    &redirect_uri=https%3a%2f%2fexample.oidc.com&state=A2SAAEAEMFNg7l"

    2. Check that Scope is in the query string (it's missing in the above example)

    3. Edit your OIDC server so it requests the scope.
