RADIUS Server Error Encountered when attempting to save

    SecureAuth RADIUS Server Versions Affected: 2.x.x



    Occasionally, when upgrading between RADIUS Server versions, you may be unable to save your configurations. When attempting to save, you are shown an "Error Encountered" page that will continue to appear every attempt at saving any configurations on the RADIUS Server.




    The current workaround for this is to just restart the service in management console. This will allow you to go back into your RADIUS Server interface and save any configurations.

    To do this:

    1. Open up Services

    2. Go to SecureAuth RADIUS

    3. Right click and press Restart



    This is currently being worked on by the development team and should no longer be an issue in version RADIUS Server 2.4+
