SQL Profile Provider "Unable to retrieve contact information"

    Description:  
    When using SQL to store some of the Profile entries for a user, the following error occurs MFA.WebControls.ContextUser.SetProfileAccessHistories - Exception: The settings property 'AccessHistory' was not found. 

    Please note, the property name may change depending on which are set to be stored in SQL.

    Cause:  By default the user already has to exist in SQL. If they don't we will error out. If you wish to have a SQL entry created automatically follow the procedure below.

    Resolution:

    1. Open the Admin Console
    2. On the Realm in question, click on the System Info tab
    3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Link "Click to edit Web Config file" 
    4. Search for <add connectionStringName="SqlServer
    5. set ClearProfile to False
