Follow
    Applies to:

    Description:
When using the Admin Console to access a newly created realm, created using the Realm Management Tool, the admin console errors out with "An Authentication error has occurred..."

Upon turning off Custom Errors, the true error is revealed as

    Cause:
This issue occurs when the RealmManagementTool is in a "Blocked" state. Windows prevents it from working correct and so the realm is only partly created.

    Resolution:

    1. Navigate to the RealmManagementTool folder
    D:\D:\MFCApp_Bin\Extras\RealmManagementTool
    2. Right click on RealmManagementTool.bat and select Properties
    3. Click on Unblock and click OK.

This will fix the issue. You can now use the tool to delete the malformed realm and re-create it.
