IdP Versions Affected: 9.0.x
Causes: When migrating from an older version of the IdP to a new version, the SecureAuth/Admin/WebConfig folder, references a certificate that is not on the appliance thus not populating the group field in Role Based Access Control.
Resolution: Change the serverCertSN to a personal certificate that is used on the IdP. This should now populate the groups.
