Radius denying all users "Exception getting User Factors"

Description:

Radius is denying access for all users. The Radius Server log shows "Exception getting User Factors" followed by what looks like Html/aspx

Cause:

Incorrect IIS Authentication settings are causing a redirection to the wrong page

Resolution:

1. On the IdP open IIS Manager

2. Expand Sites | Default Web Site and drill down to your Radius/Api realm

3. Double click on Authentication

4. The settings should be

Anonymous Authentication = Enabled and Forms Authentication = Enabled
