Radius Error: Invalid Oath value Unknown factor id ''

    Description: When trying to use Radius with SecureAuth 9.1 TOTP always fails with the following error

    Invalid Oath value. status: invalid; message: Unknown factor id ' ' .

    Cause: API bug


    Resolution: 

    This is fixed in the first 9.1 Hotfix.

    You can download and install the latest 9.1 Hotfix to resolve this issue.

    1. Take a snapshot of the VM

    2. Download the zip file on your desktop machine

    3. Copy it to the server

    4. Extract all to D:\9.1.0-34

    5. Right click on run_hotfix and select run as administrator

    6. Follow the prompts to install

    This will install the hotfix and fix the issue.
