Cause:  
This error can appear in a few circumstances but only if 'Enable QR Login' is enabled on the Authentication Policy applied to the affected Realm.

Expected Scenario
This is expected when a user logs in by scanning the QR code with an Authentication App which is not SecureAuth Authenticate

Unexpected Scenario
In 23.07 HF1 - HF11 and 24.4.0 - 24.4.3, this error is also written to the Error Log when a user logs in via Username and Password - this scenario is a bug and should not cause the error to be written to the Error Log, it can be safely ignored in these instances

Resolution:  
This bug will be fixed in a future release (estimated to be 23.07 HF12 and 24.4.4)
