Version Affected: [All]
Description:
After having checked that the EULA field within the realm does not contain a value (Overview tab), a EULA link is still displaying on the realm. You have also validated that there is no value within the masterpage_eula field within Content and Localization.
Cause:
The reason the EULA is still showing is due to the code in the Master.vb file of the theme that the realm is using.
Resolution:
In a File Explorer window, navigate to D:\SecureAuth\SecureAuthXX\Themes\2019 (in this example, we are using the 2019 theme).
Open the SecureAuth2019.Master.vb file and search for the EULALinkButton. You will need to comment out the following two lines with a single quote. Afterwards, save the file and click "Restart Login" on the realm.
If this is occurring for another theme besides 2019, you will need to follow the same steps.
Special Considerations (optional as needed):
If there are multiple servers in play, you will need to update this file on each server. FileSync does not copy any theme files over by default. Additionally, you will need to copy the .vb file to other realms that are experiencing the issue as well.
