Version Affected: [23.07+]
Description:
After upgrading to IdP 23.07 or later, when accessing Password Policies and Password Deny Lists in the New Experience, a 503 error is presented on the screen.
Cause:
There are several URL Rewrite rules that will need to be checked within IIS.
Resolution:
Within IIS, on the left panel, you will need to navigate to Sites -> Default Web Site -> HttpProxy -> URL Rewrite
Make sure the following rules have the correct IdP version you are running within the URLs and click Apply after making these changes:
