PEAP RADIUS ERROR EAPSession: Failed to load SSL Session

Description:  

Our more recent RADIUS servers support PEAP. 

However, when trying to connect, you see this error in the RADIUS logs

ERROR EAPSession: Failed to load SSL Session

Cause:  

Missing C++ Redistributable

Resolution:  

Ensure that you install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Special Considerations :  

Even if you have a newer C++ installed, such as 2013, you'll still need the 2012 version.
