Description:
There is a use case for OTPs that are a combination of characters and numbers.
Cause:
At this time, SecureAuth does not support OTPs that are an amalgamation of characters and numbers. For a list of supported MFA and OTP options:

Resolution:
If there is a need for using OTPs that include both characters and numbers, please raise a support ticket, asking for a feature request. Please note that feature requests are not guaranteed but will be reviewed by the Product team for consideration.
