Version Affected: 19.07.01+
Description:
In environments where the SecureAuth Connector is being used, certain users will see a 504 Gateway Timeout error after inputting their credentials in a workflow where Username [& Password] takes place on the first screen. Instead of seeing their MFA options on the following screen, they see the timeout error instead.
From reviewing the Debug log, there will be an event that references the following:
Message="MFA.WebControls.MFALoginControl.Dispose: switch s.ID = PROFILEDATAERROR"
Cause:
Check the user's datastore attributes to ensure nothing recently changed that could be causing the profile data error. If there are no issues with any of the values within the attributes, the user may be in a large number of groups that could be causing the timeouts to occur.
Resolution:
Check the user's attributes and additionally, reduce the number of groups the user belongs in, as having an exorbitant number could lead to the timeout occurring.
