Can I use wildcards in the Redirect URI of an OAuth realm?

Follow
    Applies to:
  • SecureAuth Identity Platform
Deployment model:
  • Hybrid
  • Version Affected:  20.06+

    Description:

When configuring an OAuth realm, can the Redirect URI's contain wildcards?

    Cause:

Using wildcards within the Redirect URI of a realm do not appear to work.

    Resolution:

Currently, SecureAuth does not support the use of Wildcard characters within the Redirect URI form, therefore, each URL required must be added separately.

If wildcards are, or become part of the RFC, then SecureAuth will support them also in an upcoming release or possible hot fix of the SecureAuth IdP product.
