Coming Soon: A New SecureAuth Support Center

COMING SOON

Your Support Center is getting a big upgrade

A faster, clearer, better‑organised place to get help — with the same address and the same login.

We’ve been rebuilding the SecureAuth Support Center from the ground up. Here’s a look at what’s on the way — and what’s already here.

✓ Already live — the Knowledge Base. As the first phase of this upgrade we’ve retired outdated articles, merged overlapping ones, and given every article the same clear structure — so the answers you search for today are already easier to find.

What’s coming next

The rest of the new experience is on its way. Here’s what to look forward to.

A fresh new look

A cleaner, calmer design — in both light and dark — that’s easier on the eyes and quicker to get around.

COMING SOON

The new SecureAuth Support home page — a dark, branded design with an animated grid background and a large search bar.

Search that keeps up with you

Start typing and the top matches appear instantly, each tagged with the product and section it comes from — so you can jump straight to the right article.

Search also narrows to where you are. From the home page it covers every product; inside a product’s Help Center it searches just that product; and within an article type — such as Troubleshooting or Bugs — it searches only that type for that product.

Organised around your products

Every product gets its own space, with articles grouped by type — How‑To, Troubleshooting, Bugs and more — so you’re only ever looking where it matters.

A product category page showing clearly labelled sections: Bugs, Troubleshooting, General, FAQ and How To.

Live status on known issues

Each product’s Bugs area shows a live Open or Fixed status, so you can tell at a glance whether something is already known — and whether a fix has shipped.

The Bugs section listing known issues, each with an Open or Fixed status badge and filter tabs.

A clearer view of your cases

Your requests get a tidier home: unread replies carry a NEW badge, every case shows a clear status — Awaiting Engineer, Awaiting your reply, Solved or Closed — and an Awaiting Response Shown First control pulls the cases needing your reply to the top. Hover over a case to see its latest update without opening it — and when you do open one, the case view is built to make your Support Request conversations easier to navigate.

The new requests list with awaiting-reply badges, a NEW marker on an unread case, status pills and sort controls.

A simpler way to raise a request

The Submit a Request form has been rebuilt to be quicker and clearer. Fields are grouped into sensible sections, Impact and Urgency use a compact Low / Med / High picker that starts at Low, and a hover ⓘ explains any field. Start one from a product’s Help Center and that product’s form is chosen for you — and for signed‑in customers, your environment details arrive pre‑filled from your most recent case. As always, no sign‑in required to open one.

Before you submit, the form also suggests Knowledge Base articles matched to the details you’ve entered — so you can try a fix straight away. If none of them help, simply submit and a Support Engineer takes it from there.

… and that’s just a taste.

There’s more to explore — quick article previews, the full product documentation a click away, and other handy touches throughout. We’ll walk you through all of it when the new experience goes live.

Nothing changes for you. Same web address, same login, and all your open and past cases carry straight over — so your bookmarks and links keep working, with nothing to re‑save. And raising a request stays just as easy — no sign‑in required, the same as today.

We’ll share the exact switch‑over date shortly. Until then, keep using the Support Center as normal — we’ll let you know the moment the new experience is live.
