Bug: Identity Sources Datastores and Identity Pools Fail to Load After Upgrading to 24.4.4

Overview

After upgrading to 24.04 Rollup 4 (24.4.4), the Identity Sources - Datastores and Identity Sources - Identity Pools tabs no longer display any data. Opening either tab's browser developer tools Network tab shows a 400 Bad Request response, and the page itself reports an AxiosError with HTTP status code 400.

Cause

Upgrading to 24.4.4 requires the backend Tenant components to also be upgraded to remain compatible with 24.4.4. If the backend Tenant components are not upgraded at the same time, the Identity Sources page cannot retrieve Datastores or Identity Pools and returns this error instead.

Resolution / Workaround

Open a case with SecureAuth Support to have the backend Tenant components upgraded to match 24.4.4.
