    Description:

SecureAuth IdP Update Manager failed to load manifest.

    Cause:

Either https://downloads.secureauth.com/resources/saidpUpdater/manifest.json is inaccessible or TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 cipher suite is not enabled.

    Resolution:

If https://downloads.secureauth.com/resources/saidpUpdater/manifest.json is inaccessible, fix the underlying network issue.

If it is due to cipher suite, nvigate to "D:\MFCApp_Bin\Extras\IISCrypto.exe" and enable TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 cipher suite as highlighted below and reboot the server.
