  • On Premises
  • Version Affected: 9.3.0-22, 19.07.01-31, 20.06-8, 21.04

    Description:

After upgrading to one of the affected versions or higher, all WebService requests fail with INCORRECT_USERPASSWORD despite working before the upgrade.

    Cause:

In prior versions of IdP, the following setting was treated as True even when set to False, allowing web service realms to continue functioning.

The was rectified in all versions affected (above) as EE-2059. Now the setting is treated correctly and if set to False will not allow web service connections.

    Resolution:

Change the setting to True on all realms referenced by realms with a WebService datastore.
