Cannot write values to the property field in db. it breaks when McAfee access protection is enabled

    Applies to:
Deployment model:
  • Cloud
  • Hybrid
  • On Premises
  • Version Affected:  All

Description: DB cannot write values to some property fields if McAfee Access protection and exploit prevention is enabled.

Either McAfee Access protection or exploit prevention was blocking .net DB to update.

To prove this issue was caused by McAfee, disable McAfee Access protection and exploit prevention and check that the issue will get resolved.

Now, review the McAfee logs and adjust the McAfee configuration properly in their environment so it doesn’t cause DB to break.
