End of Stream encountered before parsing was completed error when fetching user via Helpdesk realm

Description:  

Error:

Message="ContextUser.GetUser: GetProfileProperties() exception:End of Stream encountered before parsing was completed."

Cause:  

Issue occurs when one or more properties of the user are not populated with correct value(s). E.g. default values of these properties should be blank or as mentioned below:

       "PNToken": "AAEAAAD/////AQAAAAAAAAAQAQAAAAAAAAAL"
       "OATHToken": "AAEAAAD/////AQAAAAAAAAAQAQAAAAAAAAAL"

However, the populated values for a non-working user look like:
       "PNToken": "RVJBU0U="
       "OATHToken": "RVJBU0U="

Resolution:  

Clear the value of attributes that are not in correct format.
