Description:
Console not opening via localhost after applying a binding cert to 443 that is not a SecureAuth certificate and getting the below message.
Resolution:
Add the below binding at the Default site and assign a SecureAuth certificate

Open IIS manager.

Navigate to Default Web Site

In right hand pane select Bindings
-
Select Add
-
For Type select https
-
For IP address enter [::1]
-
Port 443
-
Under SSL Certificate select SecureAuth certificate
-
Click Ok to save then test.
