WSFed error: The expiration time is before or equal to the creation time.

    When setting a non integer value for "SAML Valid Hours" on a WSFed realm (e.g. 0.25 for 15 minutes)


    the realm will produce this error on post authentication


    and the following can be observed in the debug log:

    Special Considerations:

    IdP version 9.3, 19.07+ are unaffected as the fix is already incorporated into the main code.
