Authenticate App Error: "The request has expired"

Version Affected:  19.07 and higher

Description:  

When answering any push notification from IdP 19.07 or higher in Authenticate versions older than 5.3 the following error is immediately seen: "The request has expired"

Eventually the realm will time out:

Cause:  

IdP version 19.07 and higher use Titan cloud services.  Only Authenticate version 5.3 and higher is compatible with Titan.

Resolution:  

Upgrade Authenticate to version 5.3 or higher.
