Realms unreachable after applying Microsoft update KB4530702 (Monthly Rollup)

Description:
After applying new windows updates, that includes the KB4530702 (Monthly Rollup) update released by Microsoft on December 10, 2019, SecureAuth realms and the SecureAuth admin site are no longer accessible.

Cause:
KB4530702 can remove the IP and certificate bindings to the Default Web Site in IIS.

Resolution:
Restore the correct bindings settings in IIS for the Default Web Site.
