How to change the text shown to end users when authenticating via RADIUS

    Description:  

    How to change the verbiage show to users when selecting an MFA method during RADIUS authentication, e.g.

    OTP delivered to xxx-xxx-1234” “Please enter the value, or use ‘0’ to try a different option

     

    Cause:  

    Sometimes it may be desirable to change the messages shown to end users or shorten them to prevent word wrap issues.

     

    Resolution:  

    The verbiage is contained in the uiTextBundle.properties file.  Default path is:

    D:\idpRADIUS\bin\conf\uiTextBundle.properties, or the same location on C: drive.

    Edit the file in a text editor, save it then restart the SecureAuth RADIUS service to pick up the new settings.
