SecureAuth RADIUS Error: Unrecognized field "lastAccessTime

    Some users are unable to authenticate via SecureAuth RADIUS and get an immediate Access-Reject before being asked for a second factor.

    Additionally the RADIUS log will contain the following error: Unrecognized field "lastAccessTime" (Class, not marked as ignorable
     at [Source:; line: 1, column: 224] (through reference chain:["factors"]->["lastAccessTime"])
     at ~[jackson-mapper-asl-1.9.13.jar!/:1.9.13]



    SecureAuth RADIUS 2.3.9 or earlier is being used with IdP 9.2 or higher and is not fully compatible. 



    SecureAuth IdP 9.2 and higher require at least SecureAuth RADIUS version 2.3.12 or higher.
