Help Desk Displays Incorrect Account Status Information

    Issue: Help Desk/Account Management page (ManageAccounts.aspx) does not retrieve the proper status of locked or disabled user accounts.

    Cause: The Advanced AD User Check setting may not be enabled on the realm.


    Resolution: 

    1) Go to the SecureAuth IdP Admin panel and select the Help Desk realm for configuration.

    2) Go to the Data tab at the top and, from Membership Connection Settings, scroll down to the Group Permissions section.

    3) Locate the Advanced AD User Check setting and set it to True.
