Cause: Verify that the Identity of the IIS Application Pool is set to a valid service account.  If the account is invalid, the Application Pool will be stopped, and results in the 503 Service Unavailable error.

Resolution: Change the Identity of the SecureAuth Application Pool back to the default ApplicationPoolIdentity, then start the Application Pool.  This will restore the application pool to using the proper identity and resolve the 503 Service Unavailable errors.
