The SecureAuth appliance is displaying a message stating "Your LICENSE is going to expire in __ day(s). Please contact your SecureAuth representative to avoid service interruption"
There are 2 possible causes for this message to show if you have confirmed that your license is valid and not expiring in the period indicated:
1) The appliance server is not able to connect to the SecureAuth cloud server
2) The app pool on that server might not have been cycled in the last 14 days
To verify connectivity to the SecureAuth cloud server, make sure you can connect to both URL's below from a browser on the appliance:
- 18.104.22.168 (cloud.secureauth.com)
- 22.214.171.124 (trx.secureauth.com)
To cycle the app pool, simply perform an IIS reset on the server.
** Note - this will take the appliance site(s) down for a few seconds while the reset is performed, which means current users on the appliance could be affected/disconnected from their session. Please take appropriate steps in accordance with your company guidelines to remove the server from the load balancer (if applicable) and/or notify your users of potential downtime before this is performed.
