SCEP not working

    Description:
    SecureAuth IdP has the capability to request certificates through customer's existing PKI infrastructure via the Network Device Enrollment Service. Certificates issued via SCEP will be chained back to the customer's existing intermediate certificate, which is chained back to the customer's existing root certificate. 

    Following error appears on IE browser when user tries to request a certificate through SCEP

    0-Certificate Request Error: Please close out your web browser and try again. If problem persists contact help desk for assistance.

    Cause:
    Misconfiguration on the application pool

    Resolution:

    1. Navigate D:\SecureAuthScepService\bin folder and make sure the SCEPService.dll and SCEPService.pdb file exist in the folder
    2. Launch IIS manager and access the Application Pools section. Right click on SecureAuthScepService pool,  advanced settings. Make sure Enable 32-bit Applications is set to true and restart IIS.
